This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs how we, Ahteed LLC and its affiliates (collectively “PRophet”, the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) use, collect and store information pertaining to you (“User”, “you”) when you make use of our website, located at [https://www.prprophet.ai/ ], and any other websites owned and operated by PRophet on which this Privacy Policy appears (collectively, the “Website”).
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to disclose to you what information the Company may collect, how the Company may collect and use it, with whom the Company may share it, and certain other matters related to such information, including the choices you have regarding the Company’s collection of Personal Information and the Company’s use and disclosure to other parties of Personal Information the Company may have collected from you.
We greatly respect your privacy, which is why we make every effort to provide you with services through our Website that would live up to the highest of user privacy standards. It is important that you read this Privacy Policy carefully together with any other privacy policy or fair processing notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing Personal Information about you so that you can fully understand and are fully aware of our practices in relation to using your information. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW IT IS USED
We collect information from users of our Website, potential clients and clients of our services, suppliers and vendors (actual and potential), applicants for employment and participants in events that we may organize or promote. The information collected can identify a User or may, with reasonable efforts, cause the identification of a User (“Personal Information”) when you:

· When you submit your resume for one of the positions offered on our Website;
· Commence direct communications with us either in relation to a query or complaint; and/or

Request to try and/or use our services. We will ask you to provide us with Personal Information as described above for the purposes of creating a User account or contacting you, when you use or choose to try our products and services (“Account”). When opening an Account, providing us with the following Personal Information is mandatory:

We may also collect your Personal Information from social media platforms such as Facebook, including your Facebook access token, Facebook ID, name and email, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms.

During the process of creating an Account, you can choose to share with us additional information (which may also be considered Personal Information) such as your work/home phone number, job title, and place of residence.
Commencing direct communications with us. We collect Personal Information when you commence direct communications with us, for example via our Website inquiry form, by telephone or writing to us. When you commence direct communications with us, we will retain such communication(s) and the accompanying Personal Information for the amount of time necessary to adequately and professionally process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services to our Users. When commencing a communication with us, we will usually collect your first and last name, email address, and any additional information you may choose to provide.
Submitting your resume. We collect your Personal Information when you submit your resume via email or our Website or a third-party website that you access through our Website, such as your name, email, phone number, the content of your resume and any other information you choose to share with us, in order to properly process your application, and contact you should a position be relevant for you.
Subscribe to receive marketing materials from us. When you consent to us sending you marketing materials, for example our newsletter or blog digest, we will collect your Personal Information, such as first name, last name, work email, phone number, job title, and average amount spent per month on social media.
Collection of non-personal, Statistical Information. When accessing or using our Website, we will also collect non-personal, aggregate information about your interaction with our Website, including your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website that you visit, search inquiries, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, non-identifiable cookies, your domain type and server and other diagnostic data (and collectively, “Statistical Information”). We collect this type of Statistical Information in order to analyze and improve User’s use of the Website, customer support, sales intelligence and for debugging purposes.

Other uses of your information. The Company will also use the data we collect for other various purposes:

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We ensure transfers within PRophet will be covered by an agreement entered into by members of the Company which contractually obliges each member to ensure that Personal Information receives an adequate and consistent level of protection wherever it is transferred to.
Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the U.S. and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Information, to the U.S. and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
When we transfer your Personal Information outside of the Company, for example to third parties who help provide our products and services, we will obtain contractual commitments from them to protect your Personal Information. Some of these assurances are well recognized certification schemes like the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield for the protection of Personal Information transferred from within the EU to the United States.

The following rights (which may be subject to certain exemptions or derogations), shall apply in addition to the above to Users of the Website and/or our services who are protected by the GDPR:
